Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–9 business days

  • Flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Additional cost based on location and weight

Free Local Pickup

  • Available at:

Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). You will receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.


International Shipping (Select Countries)

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations

International Countries

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination

  • Delivery timeframes may vary based on customs clearance and local postal services


Important Information for International Orders

  • Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and/or handling fees once they arrive in the destination country.

  • These fees are not included in your order total at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, or for packages returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect address information.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. We recommend monitoring your shipment through the courier’s website to ensure a smooth delivery.

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate. The Pharmacy Lab is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
