If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us right away—we’re here to help find a solution.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days from the order date or in-store purchase.

Refunds on in-store purchases require the original receipt.

Unused and unopened items in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund.
Online Returns

There is a return shipping fee for all online returns. This fee is calculated based on the weight of the items being returned and the shipping location.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

To avoid shipping fees, you may return your online order in person at our store location.

How to Initiate a Return
To begin an online return, please email us at info@thepharmacylab.ca and include the invoice number from your order. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
